These Terms of Service govern your use of Get a Home Tour. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the service.

About Get a Home Tour

Get a Home Tour provides software for requesting, scheduling, approving, managing, and communicating about real estate property tours.

Get a Home Tour is a scheduling and communication platform. The service does not itself act as a real estate broker, agent, property owner, inspector, appraiser, attorney, lender, or other professional service provider.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your account, and all activity that occurs through your account.

You may not use another person's account or impersonate another person or organization.

Real Estate Professionals

Users identifying themselves as real estate professionals may be asked to provide brokerage and license information.

Verification by Get a Home Tour does not guarantee that a license remains active, that information provided by an agent is accurate, or that an agent is qualified for a particular transaction.

Real estate professionals remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, licensing requirements, MLS rules, brokerage policies, agency obligations, and professional standards.

Listings and Property Information

Users who add or manage property information represent that they have permission to provide and manage that information through the service.

Listing information, pricing, availability, property status, showing instructions, access information, and other property details may be provided by users or third-party sources and may change without notice.

Get a Home Tour does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of property information.

Tour Requests

A tour request is not confirmed unless the service indicates that it has been confirmed.

Tour times may be approved, declined, canceled, rescheduled, or replaced with a proposed time by authorized participants.

Users are responsible for reviewing the current status of a tour before traveling to or entering a property.

Property Access

Access codes, lockbox information, showing instructions, and similar information may be confidential and may only be used for the authorized property tour.

You may not share property access information with unauthorized persons or use it for any purpose other than the authorized showing.

Communications

By using the service, you agree that Get a Home Tour may send transactional and service-related communications concerning your account, listings, tour requests, confirmations, proposed times, cancellations, verification, and other activity.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Get a Home Tour to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Provide knowingly false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person or real estate professional.
• Attempt unauthorized access to properties or accounts.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• Use property access information for an unauthorized purpose.
• Send spam, fraudulent requests, or abusive communications.

User Content

You retain responsibility for information, property details, instructions, photos, messages, and other content you submit.

You grant Get a Home Tour permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee that Get a Home Tour will always be available without interruption or error.

Disclaimer

Get a Home Tour is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a property will be available, that a showing will occur as scheduled, or that information supplied by other users is accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Get a Home Tour and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Users remain responsible for their own actions, property access, professional obligations, safety, and decisions relating to real estate transactions and property tours.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, security concerns, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or risks to other users or the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date shown at the top of this page will indicate when they were last updated.
